David Barkley

Chief Operations Officer

David served as a missionary in Ukraine and the US. He is a successful businessman and entrepreneur with a passion to champion people who want to make a difference in the world. He is a catalyst who has a combined interest for start ups and leadership development. David serves as Chief Operations Officer of SOZO.

Cheryl Barkley

Treasurer

Cheryl has worked in children’s ministry in one way or another for over 35 years. She currently works on the administrative side of Sozo Charities, but on mission trips is found sitting on the ground folding paper animals with local children.

Vicki Hoodikoff

Vicki has gained experience in cross cultural living since she moved into the non-profit world in 1991. Most of those years were spent in Eastern Europe with YWAM—teaching, training and working with children and youth. She has a passion to see others empowered and flourishing. Vicki serves as a Field Associate for SOZO.

Kelly Hoodikoff

Outreach Director

Kelly has served over 20 years in missions, both as the Eastern Europe leader and member of the global leadership team with YWAM for over 10 years. He has a heart for the exploited youth of the world. Kelly serves as Outreach Director of SOZO.

Roxanne Wiswosser

Roxanne was a missionary in Ukraine for approximately 10 years. She has been blessed as a business entrepreneur and in turn wants to see others blessed as well. Roxanne has a heart to help people, particularly women, establish their own businesses with whatever is in their hand to use. Her passion is to see people walk in economic freedom for themselves and their communities.

Thomas Kenny

Secretary

Thomas and his wife Angela have served as ordained worship leaders for Overflowing Life E. A. for over 20 years in Washington, D.C., and now, Vero Beach, FL. They are passionate about the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the many ways in which Jesus makes Himself known in this world.

D'Anne Hiskey

After 30 years in sales, D’Anne finally achieved her lifelong dream of a mission trip. The experience had such a profound impact that she has since dedicated her efforts to creating an opportunity for others to experience the joy and the healing power of serving others in need.
