Stepan and Oksana Terletsky on a normal day would be driving their mobile dental clinic into any given village in Ukraine. Due to the war in Ukraine, the need is no longer for dental care but for much more serious conditions. Today they voluntarily drive into villages carrying bags filled with medical supplies for the wounded—civilians and soldiers.
